Description of Issue
Error impersonating user error in SSRS reports.
Custom SSRS report error using Live datasource.
All custom SSRS reports not working.

Cause
The service account used in Live datasource may have incorrect stored credentials or the account is locked in Active Directory
Resolution
Please contact Enterprise ERP Reporting Services Support or Munis TSM SaaS Support team, as the service account needs to be unlocked.
