.NET Framework error launching Tyler Hosted SSO

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to Continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately. Configuration system failed to initialize.

Missing or damaged configuration files cause exception error on program launch

1. Uninstall the GDC and SSO Client
2. Delete all of the following folders:
   1. C:\Program Files (x86)\fourjs
   2. C:\Program Files (x86)\Tyler Technologies
   3. C:\users\<USERID>\Appdata\local\Four Js
   4. C:\users\<USERID>\Appdata\local\Tyler_sso_client
3. How to: Install the Munis SSO the SSO Client
4. Launch the program once and try logging in once
5. Grant Everyone FULL CONTROL permission to folder C:\Program Files (x86)\fourjs
6. Ensure both fgltty and gdc are in folder C:\Program Files (x86)\fourjs\gdc250\bin\
7. Allow both C:\Program Files (x86)\fourjs\gdc250\bin\fgltty and C:\Program Files (x86)\fourjs\gdc250\bin\gdc through the windows Firewall on all connections
8. Login to the SSO Client
