Overtime that has been converted to Comp does not always reset as intended after editing job costing splits

OT that has been converted to Comp (or vice versa) does not always reset as intended after editing job costing splits. Any edit to the job costing splits linked with a time entry should reset the OT to Comp conversion (if present).

A workaround is to delete and re-add the existing job costing splits.

When 'Export the Job Split records in the MTP' is toggled on under System Configuration > Admin the timecard should always be reviewed by the supervisor and payroll staff with show job costing splits on. The reason for this is because the timecard with show job costing splits on is what will be exporting to the payroll system.
