How can I add more codes for the Division drop down options in the Risk Codes screen?

  • Enterprise ERP Payroll

  • Risk Codes

  • Miscellaneous Codes

  • DIVI

Cause

Resolution

  1. Access payroll Miscellaneous Codes (Payroll > Payroll Setup > Miscellaneous Codes)

  2. Double-click on the DIVI - Divisions Miscellaneous Type

  3. Click Add

  4. Enter the Code, Short Description, and Long Description

  5. Click Accept
