How to add a Child Registrant in the TPAR Citizen Portal

Description of Issue

I have created an account in the TPAR Citizen Portal. How do I add my kid to sign them up for classes?

Resolution
  1. On the TPAR Citizen Portal Page, click Sign In
  2. Have the parent enter their Username and Password and complete Sign In.

    2. Reset Password for a TPAR Citizen Portal Account
  3. Click Profile
  4. Scroll down to Relationships/Dependents.
  5. Click Add.
  6. Follow prompts to enter information for the child. Name and Birthday are required fields. 
    1. Note: For the phone number, email, and address fields, the checkbox Same as Family Member can be checked to expedite the process. Choose the parent in the drop down that appears, and the information from their profile will populate automatically. 
  7. On the Relationship tab, select Child in the drop down. 
  8. Under Emergency Contacts, select the parent name in the drop down and click Add. 
    1. If no information appears in this section, add a phone number for the parent profile. Emergency Contacts need to be 18 years or older and have a phone number entered in the system. 
  9. Verify information on the Confirm tab, and Save.Â
