History Transfer Transaction Amount Cannot Be Zero

I am trying to use the History Transfer Program to change the Project String or Account Number, I am getting an error message, Transaction Amount Cannot be Zero.

• Payroll

• Employee History 

• History Transfer

The General Ledger Program is throwing the error when the amount for the General Ledger Account in and out transactions net to zero.  

A manual Journal Entry will need to be made. 

The error is being reviewed.
