Pay Code Does Not Display Under Manage Time-Off

Description of Issue

When requesting in the time-off request for a pay code, the request goes through but when looking to approve the request it is not listed under manage time-off.

Cause

The UI flag for Default Pay Code for Holiday was being used for this pay code and will not display under manage time-off for the default pay code being used.

Resolution

In order to see the pay code under Manage Time-off

  1. Navigate to System Admin

  2. Select UI Environment Flags

  3. Select UI

  4. Scroll down and locate "Default Pay Code for Holiday"

  5. Select the drop-down and select a pay code that would never be used as a Time-off Request

  6. Click Save
