Can Budget Projection detail import update existing detail records?

Detail can be updated manually for a budget level using Next Year Budget Entry or Central Budget Entry unless roll factor merge is used to move amounts from detail up through the budget levels

• Detail import currently allows to add new detail lines for a single budget level amount and all other levels are zero, each import adds a new detail line

• Replace existing detail option deletes that accounts detail and replaces it with what is on the import file
