Description of Issue

What do the letters A, B, and C that show in the OB column of a journal in the Journal Inquiry/Print program mean?

Cause


Resolution

A - Account does not exist in Account Master

B - Account is over budget

C - Account is a control account

If the Excel button is used to export a journal to Excel, the column will show a Y on any lines in which the account is over budget.
