Gray overlay exists when submitting Job Applications in ESS

In ESS, when applicants attempt to submit applications, the screen displays a gray overlay such that applicants are unable to submit.

An erroneous character is populated in the description of one or more application Pages on the Self Service Application.

1. Navigate to EERP > Human Capital Management > Recruiting > Self Service Applications

2. Search on the Self Service Form in question

3. Click on Pages in the banner

4. Review the Short Desc and Long Desc fields per Page and remove any special characters

   1. Click Update to initiate changes

   2. Click Accept when finished
