How to stop inactive employees with no earning from generating a period record in CalPERS Payroll Contribution Report?

Create EPN was selected 

1. Select CalPERS Participants

2. Search for the employee

3. Uncheck the Create EPN checkbox 

The CalPERS Payroll Contribution Reporting Generate will create an EPN Period Record for employees with no earnings or contribution amounts for the reporting period, who have a Participants record with the Create EPN option check marked.
