Error adding Munis User ID in User Administration





Description of Issue

When attempting to add a Munis User ID for an ESS profile we receive an error clicking update.



Context
  • User Administration

  • Munis User ID



Cause

Incorrect setup.



Resolution
  1. Verify the user has a User Attributes record in Munis.

    1. Located under Munis > System Administration > Security > User Attributes

  2. Ensure the User Attributes record has the field Employee Number defined.

  3. Verify the user has their Employee number defined in the hyperlink for Employee for the field Employee Number.
