Entry missing from General Journal Entry Proof and Journal Inquiry Print- List of Deleted entries

Missing entry is not showing in General Journal Entry/Proof or Journal Inquiry/Print

• General Journal Entry/Proof

• Journal Inquiry/Print

• Budget Transfers and Amendments

• Journal Number Control

The entry was deleted instead of posted or still in proof

To see a list of deleted entries:

1. Go to General Ledger Menu > Miscellaneous Set up > Journal Number Control

2. Select Unused Journals in the ribbon

3. Select the search option if looking for a specific entry or browse the list to see all unused journal numbers.
