Holdback Deductions Not Showing in Dropdown Options

Since upgrading to v.2019 our holdback deductions are no longer showing in our dropdown options.

• Payroll

• Deduction and Benefit Master

• Employee Deductions

Category 8- HOLDBACK is not specified in Deduction and Benefit Master

In Munis version 11.3 there was no Category code for Holdback.

1. Go to Deduction and Benefit Master (Payroll>Payroll Setup>Deduction and Benefit Master)

2. Search for the Deduction Code. Click Accept. Click Update. 

3. In the Category field select 08-HOLDBACK from the dropdown options.

4. Click Accept.
