Description of Issue

Application Entry Word Mail Merge ribbon icon does not open the Mail Merge screen



Context

  • Permits and Code Enforcement

  • Application Entry (piappent)

  • Mail Merge



Cause

  • Browse popup enabled preventing screen to open

  • Firewall enable preventing screen to open

  • Permit Type is not setup to use with Mail Merge



Resolution

Currently no workaround. Install MUN-433510 once available
