Move Time Batches from ExecuTime to Munis

When bringing in Time from ExecuTime, is there a way to bring in separate batches?

• Munis

• ExecuTime

• ET

• Payroll

Through the use of filters, specific records can be brought into a batch allowing for the different batches to contain different data.

• Option 1 within ExecuTime

  • When performing an ExecuTime Move to Payroll, you move everyone's time to which you are currently seeing.

  • Choose the appropriate Employee Filter (if desired) to narrow down which employees you are seeing

  • You can move just certain employees

  • Create a Munis batch from those employees.

• Option 2 within Munis

  • Use the Find Pending within Munis

  • Choose desired employees to add into the batch when you bring in the Find Pending

The ExecuTime Move to Payroll uses the same Find Pending functionality that ESS uses, so all the features you have for ESS Find Pending would apply for ExecuTime as well.
