GL error when opening the AR Recon Report for some users

Description of Issue

One or more users gets an error trying to open the AR Reconciliation Report that other users can open just fine.

Only certain users can open the AR Reconciliation Report.

Forms statement error number -1326
An array variable has been referenced outside of its specified dimensions.

Cause

There is a corrupt user application setting stored for the user's login which needs to be purged.

Resolution

Please contact the EERP Revenue support team that best corresponds with the AR categories the report is being used for. Please provide the username(s) or login(s) for all those affected.
