Description of Issue

Need to setup VRW Error Codes



Context

  • Enterprise ERP (powered by Munis)

  • Property Revenues

  • Property Tax Billing

  • Virginia Tax

  • Motor Vehicle

  • Vehicle Registration Withholding



Cause

VRW Error Codes are required for the VRW process.



Resolution

Use the following Instructions to add VRW Error Codes,

  1. Navigate to Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > South > Virginia > Motor Vehicle Processing > Vehicle Registration Withholding > VRW Error Codes.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Enter in the VRW error code.

  4. Enter in a description.

  5. Select the option for Leased vehicle error code, if needed.

  6. Click Accept.

VRW Error Codes are determined by VA DMV.  Please reach out to your DMV for a list of Error Codes.
