Master Article - EERP to Time and Attendance PL Strings

Some PL strings are missing in Timesheet entry in Time and Attendance (ExecuTime). They were just added in Project Master and are showing in Location Codes in the ESS Time Entry PL code set in EERP.

• There are settings in Project Master and Project Expense String that determine if the Project String will display in TA (Time & Attendance)
• Incorrect configuration of Location Codes and/or Security within Munis.
• The Project Ledger integration is a real-time integration that does not require anything to be run on System Admin > UI Environment Flags > Tyler Integration.
• The employee that is attempting to access the PL or GL account string field in Timesheet entry does not have a default position assigned to them which is required in order for the lists to be available
