Description of Issue

EERP TSM SaaS is now using a third party print solution called ThinPrint to facilitate printing for Cloud hosted (AWS) and less-VPN sites hosted within the datacenter.

Cause

Hosted clients that are Cloud hosted (AWS), or within a less-VPN datacenter configuration, need a printing solution that does not require the hardware VPN to facilitate communication from the Cloud to their internal network.
