Accrual Threshold E-Mail Alert Not Sent



Description of Issue

After setting up Accrual Threshold E-mail Alert, no Threshold E-mail is sent during Payroll Employee Update.

Cause

In Accrual Tables, Options Tab, Earnings Method is 10-Via Batch. 



Resolution

Payroll> Payroll Set up> Accrual Tables> Settings Tab, Earnings Method, define Earnings Method 01- From Time Worked within Payroll.



Additional Information

Accrual Threshold E-mail is only sent during Employee Update step of Payroll when the Accrual Table Earnings Method is set to 01-From Time Worked Within Payroll, when all other set up is complete. IT does not work with Earnings Method 10-Via Batch.
