How do I turn on notifications for workflow?

  • Workflow

  • Notifications

  • User Attributes

  • Approvals

Cause

Need to know how to send notifications 

Resolution

  1. System Administration > Security > User Attributes

  2. Search the Userid

  3. Click Update

  4. In the Workflow delivery field select from All, Email, Tyler Hub or Workflow Assistant

  5. Click Accept

Additional Information

User will need to be promoted as a workflow approver.
