Why doesn't the Import button show in Employee Assignments?

Description of Issue

The Import button does not show on the ribbon of Employee Assignments.

Cause

The user is not a Payroll Superuser.

Resolution

This will be corrected under MUN-404151, making it no longer necessary to be a Payroll Superuser to use the Import function.

Additional Information

IMPORTANT: We do not recommend granting payroll superuser access just to allow Employee Assignment Import.  Payroll Superuser access overrides every other PR permission, granting access across the board.
If necessary to meet a State Reporting deadline, we do recommend that a person who has already superuser status for valid reasons, perform the Employee Assignments Import step.  The program will work fine for the limited user after that.
