Description of Issue
Why does Washington Retirement show voided earnings and contributions as positive amounts?

Cause
Program was not summarizing by warrants but by check dates.
Resolution
The issue will be corrected under (master) work ticket MUN-389501.
Workaround: manually edit Period Records.
