Description of Issue
  • We are trying to merge two applicant records that are duplicated but are receiving an error stating "Invalid Transaction Structure"
Context
  • Munis
  • Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • Recruiting
  • Applicant Master
Cause
  • The database has locked the records involved
  • This occurs when a user is accessing one or both records in an Update mode
Resolution
  • To resolve, wait upwards to 24 hours to re-try the Merge function in Applicant Master
  • If this does not resolve the issue, please reach out to Munis Human Resources Support and reference this case
