Description of Issue

Merging vendors failed due to unique constraint violation error

Context

Accounts Payable 

Vendor Merge

Cause

Merging vendors together will fail if we've already merged vendors with duplicate invoices together, and then we attempt to merge a third vendor into our original vendor

Resolution

Download MUN-379230 when it becomes available
