How to set up Disclosure Report from GL

Resolution

Initial set up is required before the Disclosure Report from GL is run for the first time:

Use Set Function option to define the account segment used to identify Function
Use Set Funds option to define fund types
- To set up new fund types refer to Fund types for Disclosure Report from GL
Use Set Objects option to define all object codes and object code types used for acquisition cost, accumulated depreciation, and depreciation expense
- To set up new object code types refer to Object code types for Disclosure Report from GL
