Retirement/Disposal journals with final depreciation cannot be modified

Error received when modifying a Disposal journal with final depreciation:  

Insert_fagltran failed:  -6372  [ISAM -50000]

Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'CapitalAssets.CATransactionGLAllocations' with unique index 'IX_CATransactionGLAllocations_Unique'. The duplicate key value is (XXXX).

Fixed/Capital Assets

Issue is resolved in 2019.1.21.0 and higher

Workaround:  Use the Depreciate Assets program to run final depreciation on the asset before creating the Retirement/Disposal transaction
