Error when viewing Bid details in VSS

• Unable to view Bid details in VSS 
• Errors received when clicking Bid Details in VSS: 
  • We encountered a problem
  • 500- Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed
• Errors found in Exception Log:
  • There is an unclosed literal string. Line X, position XXX
  • Unexpected end of file has occurred. The following elements are not closed: field, datafields, document, documentSet. Line XX, position XX

• Bid Management 
• Vendor Self Service 
• VSS

• Special characters in Bid Description, Bid Addendum Description, Bid Addendum Attachment Description, or Bid Attachment Reason fields
• Letters with accents example: á, é, í, ó, ú, ý. Á, É, Í, Ó, Ú, Ý, double quotation marks ("), or at sign symbol (@) in Bid Description, Bid Addendum Description, Bid Addendum Attachment Description, or Bid Attachment Reason fields 

Install MUN-330962 once it's been released to prevent this issue from happening in the future

Workaround:  Contact Enterprise EERP Assets and Civic Support to remove the special characters with a script

Support recommends avoiding copying and pasting information into the mentioned fields to avoid special characters being copied over
