Error when deleting requisition

End user receiving Requisition status has changed since being displayed. Action canceled when attempting to delete requisition

One of the line items on the requisition does not have a valid GL account associated with it

1. Click the Line Items option from the requisition header screen
2. Review each line item on the requisition, making sure each line has a valid GL account
3. Attempt to do delete after all lines have been allocated
