Cause

The workstation currently using Munis to download this file does not have an application connected to the web browser designated to download this file

Resolution

Try using a different browser, e.g. Chrome or Internet Explorer
Consult with IT at site to determine best application to download to handle this file
Drag file into Notepad to produce the .txt file

This error is ultimately a Windows error, not a Munis error
