• Purchasing modified the amount of a requisition and received the error message
• Requisition Expense Account is below % of Revised Budget

This warning throws when a value is entered that causes the available budget to fall to the warning's percent of the revised budget 

• This is a warning message, and does not cause any harm to processing
• To prevent future messages:
  1. Navigate to Financials>General Ledger Menu>Set Up/Chart of Accounts>Account Master
  2. Click on the Warning level/percent field and set this field to 0.00

If this account is part of a roll up code, please make sure to check all the accounts on the roll up code in Account Master
