Description of Issue

Emails coming from Tyler Community ( tylercommunity.tylertech.com domain ) are not being delivered due to an SPF failure

Cause

IP addresses or SPF (sender policy framework) records may need to be whitelisted to receive notification emails from Tyler Community.

Resolution

The vendor (Telligent) recommends:

  2. IP:
