Adding New CAFR Users

Context

CAFR Statement Builder

Cause

New CAFR user needed that does not already exist in CAFR

Resolution
  1. Log into CAFR as a CAFR admin user
  2. Select Administration
  3. Select Users to open the Users list page
  4. Add to open the User Maintenance form
  5. Enter the UserName for the user's log in ID to the Account field
  6. By default new user Status is Active (change if necessary)
  7. Enter First Name and Last Name fields
  8. Enter Phone Number
  9. Enter Email Address
  10. +(Password) to open the 'Password' confirmation screen.
  11. Enter Password and Confirmation Password
  12. OK
  13. Roles tab to see assigned roles
  14. +(Plus) in upper right hand side of screen to open the 'Lookup' form
  15. Enter Search Criteria or leave blank to search all roles
  16. Magnifying Glass: Search button
  17. Role
  18. Select check box icon
  19. Permissions tab to review assigned permissions from roles
  20. Save
