How to add users into ACFR portal
Context

Cause
New user needs to access ACFR
Resolution
- Adding Users to your ACFR portal
- Navigate to the User Management Portal: https://YOURPORTAL.tylerportico.com/portal/usermanagement/users
- Select Add user
- Enter the user’s First name, Last name, and E-mail address
- If you want this user to have permissions associated with particular groups, choose those groups from the Select groups field
- If a user is added to the Portal and not associated with any group, the user will be able to use the ACFR application but will not be able to get into any user management or portal management
- This would be applicable for standard ACFR users
- Click the “Add user” button
Additional Information
- Note that adding a user to your Portal will automatically create the user in Tyler Identity (Okta).
