Description of Issue

Generate AR for actual taxes is taking significantly longer than previously attempts to test actual billing.

After loading MUN-426699 sites were seeing extreme slowness in the generate AR function for actual taxes



Resolution

Work Ticket MUN-427345 has been created to address the Generate AR speed issue.
