  1. ACFR - Portal administrator
     • Support relies on this being correctly defined when directing clients to site admin for ACFR user access needs
  2. Adding technical contact to Admin Center workspaces 
     • This can be a single administrator or a group email if IT shares responsibly
  3. How to gain Org Admin access to Admin Center
     • All site administrators should be configured as Org Admin in Admin Center, Org Admin administrate all other users.
     • Support has instructions Org Admin can follow to correct Groups and Links are added to administrate and access ACFR
     • Site Admins then setup other users to use email to OKTA authenticate then create users and roles for ACFR use
  4. Import or manually add users to Okta
     • If site wants Support to access ACFR and do independent review site admin must setup specific Support tech with OKTA and ACFR role and permissions to assist.

• Has ACFR been deployed? Is ACFR ready for implementation training or site use?

• Site Administrates their own ACFR setup and configuration. This is due to OKTA 2 factor authentication limiting support access. Turnover at site can cause confusion and administrative gap that needs to be addressed so sites can continue to manage their system and users.
