Description of Issue
  • Table Validation report shows 6 control accounts do not exist after upgrading, yet control accounts show in Account Master and the control account name has been designated.

  • Errors:

FUND XXX EXPENSE CTRL NOT SET, CONTROL ACCOUNT DOES NOT EXIST

FUND XXX REVENUE CTRL NOT SET, CONTROL ACCOUNT DOES NOT EXIST

FUND XXX FUND BAL, UNRESERVED NOT SET, CONTROL ACCOUNT DOES NOT EXIST

FUND XXX ESTIMATED REVENUES NOT SET, CONTROL ACCOUNT DOES NOT EXIST

FUND XXX BUDGET FUND BAL- UNRESERVED NOT SET, CONTROL ACCOUNT DOES NOT EXIST

Cause

Blank field on Fund table



Resolution
  • Verify that the control accounts are set up and have the control account name in the Control Account field.

  • Please contact General Ledger Support if accounts are set up correctly since an update may need to be run.
