Grant Master- Changeset will not process approved

Within Grant Master changes are not being saved and generates this error when clicking accept

Additional information concerning a status error of -6372: 

[Microsoft][SQL Server Naitve Client 1 1.0][SQL Server]The conversion of a date data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range value.

This error is generated when the changes made to the date ranges is incorrect or keyed wrong.

Check that the date range is correct and are within the correct range.
