Employee reactivated in Munis is showing inactive in ExecuTime





Description of Issue

We have an employee in Munis that came back and was changed from Inactive to Active, but is still showing Inactive in ExecuTime.

Cause

The Employee Build Mapping Table for terminationDate had the incorrect Payroll System Field Name (terminationDate should have read, terminatedDate)



Resolution
  1. Log into ExecuTime with Admin credentials. 

  2. Click on System Admin. Click UI Environment Flags. Click the Admin tab.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Employee Mapping Table. 

  4. Locate the row for terminationDate . Update the column for Payroll System Field Name to terminatedDate.

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save. 

  6. Run the Employee Integration to update the Employee.



Additional Information

The issue was found by checking the server.log file on the ExecuTime App server for the day the employee was set to Active in Munis and the integration was run. Once the server.log is opened for that day, search for the employee and note if there are any errors.Â
