AP Checks printing on 2 pages instead of 1

Description of Issue

AP Checks are not duplexing and printing the front page and back page on separate pages.

Cause

  • Duplexing is disabled on the physical printer

  • Job is not set for duplexing in Source Control on the Tyler Forms server

  • Something is stuck in printer memory possibly requiring a power cycle of the printer



Resolution

  1. Verify the physical printer has duplexing enabled (at the client's workstation)

  2. Check with Tyler Forms support to confirm the job is configured for duplexing in Source Control

    1. If Source Control doesn't have duplexing enabled, Tyler Forms will have to push a new TF update to be deployed to clients via MIU or Tyler Deploy

  3. Power cycle the printer
