Comparing Active Employee Master records to Employee Accrual records





Description of Issue

I need to see if there are any Active employees missing accruals, is there a list I can export or a report I can run for this?

Resolution

Export out Active Employee Master records and Active Employee Accrual records to compare.

  1. Go to Employee Inquiry (Payroll>Employee Maintenance>Employee Inquiry)

  2. Click Search. Select the Status drop down, click A-Active. Click Accept.

  3. Click Export option. Select Full Report. Select the checkboxes for the fields to export from the Export Filter. Click Accept. 

  4. Go to Employee Accruals (Payroll>Accrual Processing>Employee Accruals)

  5. Click Search. Select the Active checkbox and select the Status drop down and click A-Active. 

  6. Click Accept. Click export to Excel. Select the checkboxes for the fields to export from the Export Filter Click Accept.
