Next year budget entry revenue budget amounts save as positive

Entering amount in Next year budget entry and the Revenue amounts continue to save as positive. How do I correct?

The budget is being added as a negative value. 

Munis automatically assigns a negative sign to the entered amount when the field is saved, revenue and expense amounts should be entered as positive values for normal processing. 

MUNIS > Financials > Budget processing > Next year budget entry

1. Enter in the projection number

2. Enter in the budget level

3. Click on Accept

4. Define the desired account findset

5. Click on Accept

6. Highlight the account that needs to be updated

7. Click on Update 

8. Add a positive amount

9. Click on Save
