Description of Issue

Errors received when importing fuel consumption through the Fuel Usage Import:

  • ID for Custom Data not found - Invalid: XXXX

  • Product Type - Service department needed on asset to process

Context

  • Enterprise Asset Management 

  • EAM 

Cause

Custom Id was on more than one asset record

Resolution

Remove or Update assets that have duplicate Custom Id codes

Additional Information

Custom Id codes must be unique
