Description of Issue

  • Journal Import Custom Template does not allow decimal amount

  • Recreating Standard Format with Custom Template only brings flat dollar amounts, no decimal places for cents

Cause

Defect in Custom Template that development is working on



Resolution

  • Log a case with Munis Financial General Ledger Support who will tie case to open work ticket with development

  • Use another file format as a workaround

    • File will also need to be formatted to match workaround selection



Additional Information

Work ticket is low priority and will most likely be completed in future version of Munis
