Budget Scenarios only shows prior year in Add Dropdown

When adding a new item in Budget Scenarios the dropdown menu only shows projections from prior years not the most recent projections.

Budget Scenarios

The site has more projections created than the program can list in the dropdown. 

Select Add from ribbon in Budget Scenarios. User can type projection number in Projection field to find the projections not listed on the dropdown menu.
