tmacertf Abatement Certificate program error

The Print Abatement Certificates program appears to select a certificate per the definition but does not print or successfully generate a text file. Saved Reports shows "currently being generated". Abatement certificate program not working (tmacertf)

The print abatement certificates program has a product defect that has been resolved via the MIU. 

1. Verify that the site has installed MUN- 425650

2. This should resolve the abatement certificate not printing/generating a text file.

3. Saved report should show the report no longer listed as "currently being generated."

4. Verify that the Print Abatement Certificates program can select and print abatement certificates without getting errors.
