Unsubscribe from Tyler Community emails





Description of Issue

Too many emails from Tyler Community.

Cause

Tyler Community default for all members is set to fully subscribe to all forum posts and replies made.



Resolution
  1. In your web browser, navigate to www.tylertech.com

  2. Select Client Support

  3. Enter your username and password

  4. Select the product you are working with

    1. For example Munis

  5. Select Access Community under the Tyler Community header

  6. Click on your profile picture in the upper-right corner of the page to expand a drop-down menu

  7. Select Settings

    1. To opt out of ALL communications: uncheck Settings > Options > Enable Email Contact

    2. To opt out of a certain group/forum notifications (ex: Munis System and Technology):

      • Settings > Options > Deselect actions as needed

      • Settings > Email Digests > Deselect actions as needed

      • Settings > Subscriptions > Deselect actions as needed

      • Settings > Notifications > Deselect actions as needed
