LA PEP missing records in Staff Assignment

All of our employees appear to be missing the Primary Staff Assignment Indicator flag in the Staff Assignment tsv.

EdLink is only including one Assignment in the Staff Assignment extract files.

Install MUN-424537 for your Munis Version, when available.

Be aware that the EdLink Staff Assignment files are only including one assignment per employee, randomly selected; employees with multiple assignments will be missing PEP records, prior to fix. 

The Primary Assignment Indicator is set on export and not stored.  If the Site and Home-Based Site on the Maintenance Record match, the Indicator will be Y, otherwise N.
