MTD Project Budget Report - Prior period budget amount displaying when run for a following period

Description of Issue

Why does prior budget display for this month to date report?

Context
  • MTD Project Budget Report (Month-To-Date)
  • Multi-Year (MY) Life-To-Date (LTD) Funds
  • Report Options
  • Established Budget Amount
Cause
  • Multiyear view report option set for Default looks to chart of account segments defined multiyear view listed on specific fund
    • Fiscal Year (FY) looks to only a specific year and that year's periods
    • Multi Year Life to Date (MY LTD) similar to looking at Account Inquiry LIFE column where budget is designed to be handled differently when considered as established budget
Resolution
  • Ensure report is run in multi year view Fiscal Year to ensure posted budget only display within year/period
    1. Munis > Financials > General Ledger Menu > Project Accounting > Projects within General Ledger > MTD Project Budget Report
    2. Search or Segment Find
    3. Enter account record set selection criteria
    4. Accept
    5. Select Multiyear view drop down box and select Fiscal Year
    6. Accept
    7. Output (Print, Display, PDF, Save)
